God is one. Humanity is one. Religion is one. I study and work to embody spiritual truths that run through all religions.
My beliefs and spiritual practices are a part of my own self discovered truths. They are my humble beliefs. I respect all religions for their true core teachings. I do not pass judgment on anyone's individual beliefs in life, whether religious or non-religious, spiritual or non-spiritual. I am always open to engaging in constructive dialogue and discussions. I live with an open mind to all views and perspectives.
Universal truth transcends time and space. It is infinite wisdom. The core of all spiritual teachings is based on universal truths. Living by these truths is the way to live harmoniously with all of life.
Living in harmony with everything and everyone. Recognizing yourself in all of life. Expressing the highest measure of truth by doing all things through love. Love for one and love for all.
Living righteousness means adopting actions, attitudes, and attributes that are right for the soul. Acting rightly in the physical, mental, and spiritual departments of life.
God is infinite oneness. When we experience oneness, we feel a connection with everything in existence on every level. We express love, compassion, understanding, and acceptance.
Meditation is the path to self-realization. Meditation and praying are direct paths to communion with God. Meditation, yoga, and prayer allow us to recreate ourselves and live in tune with the divine spirit.
Becoming conscious of yourself as one with spirit. Living into your true essence by assessing, examining, and purifying yourself. Self-realization is a philosophy of living. Self-realization leads to God-realization.
Developing willpower, self-control, and self-discipline is an integral part of a soul's spiritual journey. Enabling you to adopt the right habits and dropping ways of living that do not serve a higher good.
Wisdom is the liberating quality of the soul. We suffer because of error and the root cause of error is ignorance. Wisdom lights up the darkness of ignorance. It guides us to do what is right and what works.
Intuition is direct perception. It is the all-knowing pure comprehension of the soul. Intuition comes as a certain feeling or a still voice that guides you in everything you do. Intuition is developed through meditation.
Living for the sake of other's benefit. Finding joy in doing. Loving and performing service for others without expectation of reciprocation.
True freedom lies in non-attachment. Being one with the world but not of it. Letting go of the thoughts and emotions that create suffering. This is the way to inner peace, joy, and well-being.
Presence and awareness create space. It disassociates us from any form of ego. This brings calmness, joyfulness, aliveness, and a sense of purpose in all that we do.
